I had a terrible experience. Dropped off my 07 Jeep commander for a front end noise, they told me the front differential was bad and then gave me a quote that was reasonable so I said go ahead and take care of it. The next day they said they ordered the wrong part but my quote doubled for the correct part and it was out of my price range to fix but they already took it apart. So when I said I can’t afford that they told me I was going to be responsible for the work they had to do to tear it apart even though they were the ones who ordered the wrong part. If they would have told me the price of the correct part I would have simply just waited. Just trying to save someone from getting screwed over like I did.
