My experience was kool 😎 my truck died while driving//"called northwest auto they sent a tow truck to me in 20 minutes my truck was headed to their shop not even an hour later I got a call saying they have it and sent me a signature contract on messages to begin diagnostics !! Next morning I got the report of fuel pump gone bad so I agreed to replace it !! They got the part and next morning called me with all good 👍 come get it !!! Very prompt and easy even for a first time customer experience !!! I will be taking other vehicles I have to northwest auto // pretty kool place !!! No bullshit !!

Very respectful, calm and explained their recommendation of repair so anyone could understand. Made an appointment for it to be repaired. They helped accommodate getting it back to my house. It was 100% a great experience thank you.
