Called about a possible belt/pulley/tensioner problem and horrible squealing. Basically they gave next day availability. Asked if they could just find the problem so I could save money and hopefully fix it myself. Called back same day with it’s done and fixed…oh and with no charge. They made some adjustments and good to go. Who does that anymore…..? well, the new NWauto does. Thank you!

Melissa is amazing to work with. They went above and beyond for us when our car wouldn’t act up for them at first! But once we figured it out, they fixed it and the price was way better than we had anticipated. They’re the only mechanic I will go to.

They were recommended by a family member. We took my husband's truck in and they went above and beyond to find the issue and repaired the issue for less than they first quoted up because they were able to not have to do the "worst case scenario " and when my car unexpectedly wouldn't start I called and they had a tow truck at my home in less than 45 minutes and when it turned out to be simple they were great and did needed work I had car next day for an amazing deal that had the tow included so something I didn't need to stress about.
