The folks at Northwest auto are simply the best! They give prompt, reliable, trustworthy service. We brought our car in for a repair we were told we needed (by someone else) and instead of just doing the repair, they called and told us they didn’t feel it was necessary but gave us a list of OTHER repairs that needed to be done! Melissa worked super close on this for us and was just phenomenal. I highly recommend ANY one looking for a mechanic to come here!!

Great shop! Did my oil change within an hour. The shop people were very friendly. I love that my milage sticker had my milage for next change and a Thank you written on it. I had called on monday but didnt recive a call back. Ended up calling on wed to make an appointment. Got my car in thursday.

Not impressed at all with being taken advantage of financialy. I bought 6 plugs and wires myself and was charged 200.00 in labor to unscrew 6 plugs and screw 6 in, and clip the wires on. Even at 50.00 a hour there is no realistic way it had taken 4 hours to do this. Never again and very disappointed but lesson learned. Service: Tuning
