Not impressed at all with being taken advantage of financialy. I bought 6 plugs and wires myself and was charged 200.00 in labor to unscrew 6 plugs and screw 6 in, and clip the wires on. Even at 50.00 a hour there is no realistic way it had taken 4 hours to do this. Never again and very disappointed but lesson learned.

I am sorry that you are disappointed, but I am unsure why you were under the impression that we charge $50.00 per hour. Our hourly rate is $100.00 per hour, so you were not charged 4 hours to replace your spark plugs and wires. You were charged less than two hours by the hourly rate and the rest was sales tax.

We have them work on both our cars for both routine maintenance and problems. They're professional, efficient and charge reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

They talked me into putting a "rebuilt" motor into my toyota Tacoma. It was machined below specks. Double gaskets. Had two shims in it. All this for only 6000. Very digo eat people. Don't go there

I am confused, you haven't been in our shop since December 2017. We installed a Jasper rebuilt engine that came with a 3 year or 100,000 mile warranty whichever came first. If you had a problem within the last three years it was under warranty.

I have no complaint about their work. It’s done well and has a great nationwide warranty. They have always been friendly. My beef with them is their pricing. The work process seem high and the parts are always expensive. I took my vehicle in for a repair. Before I went, I watched the procedure on three different YouTube videos. The repair took from between 10 minutes to 20 minutes. The video stated that It was showing an alternative way to do the repair, one that cut hours off the repair time. This shop refused to do it that way and insisted that since the repair guide quoted the longer, more expensive way, that is what they would charge. A difference of over $300. I went down the road to another facility and had them do the repair. They knew about the quicker way and did it that way.
