Imant and Terry run a trustworthy, family business and I would only take my car here. I know that they won't charge me unfairly and they always get the job done right and in a timely manner. Plus they have shop dogs that will keep you company while you wait! :)

Thank you Sara for your confidence in our business. We appreciate you as a customer.

We are unsure as to why we were left a one star review, but no comments. This person has not done business with our facility. Apparently Google doesn't verify actual customer reviews

Great shop to get your vehicle repaired.

Replaced the transmission in my Subaru. Could not have been nicer and the price was reasonable. And they did it from long distance. If I lived in Longview I would have them do all my car repair work.

Thank you for your business and placing your trust in our shop

NWAS, INC. replaced my entire cooling system in 2015. My water pump is now leaking and already needs replaced and they would not back it up. They said we would have to pay full price to have it replaced again. I would never use them again.

The repairs were done more than two years ago, 9/22/2015, and we do offer a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. We actually did not replace the entire cooling system, we replaced a water pump, radiator and thermostat. This vehicle has not been back to our shop since we made the repairs. We have no way of knowing if the water pump is actually leaking or not or what the condition of the cooling system is at this time. We did check his vehicle before we repaired it for a blown head gasket. It was found that the radiator was cracked and the water pump was leaking, the entire cooling system was also full of some sort of stop leak. It was noted on the original work order that there was a lot of electrolysis located behind the water pump. This was due to a lack of cooling system maintenance.

I originally made an appointment with Little Car Hospital to have my motorhome transmission serviced and replace a rear seal. They have been honest in all their repairs and are close to my home but they couldn't fit my RV inside for repairs. They referred me to NWASpecialists and said they were also good people. Turns out, my wife had used them in the past as well and recommended them. My Son in Law also trusts them with his vehicles and he is in the industry! So, even with a last minute phone call, NWAS got me in within two days and finished the job in the SAME day!! When I called, the woman at the front desk impressed me as being knowledgeable and was very friendly. The work was done quickly and under the cost I expected. The mechanic took time afterwards to report what he found (or better, did NOT find) after pulling the pan etc. I will definitely keep NWAS in my mind when I farm out a repair. Thanks!!

Thank you for your confidence in us. We appreciate your business

Lady who answered the phone was rude and abrasive to the point I decided right there that business was not getting my money!!!
