Technicians trying to upsell me on repairs and office charged me hourly for diagnostic, then extra charge to write out estimate. Cost over $300 just to diagnose two issues - they justified by saying "well it would have been over $800 at Audi dealer" Price gougey and not trustworthy in my opinion

We took our Ranger in and they expected our brakes after using the Ebrake and it then had a grinding noise. We needed the Ebrake assembly replaced. They did the service in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the service we received.

My experience with NW Auto was wonderful. The job was done in a timely manner. The communication was great. They were able to deal with the insurance adjuster directly to explain how the damage was caused by the accident therefore being completely covered. I was so happy with the repair that I will be taking my other car there as well.
