Felt comfortable talking about my car problem with the service coordinator set up appointment for my car repair. After inspecting my car a part was replaced and ready within a day. They explained and showed me what they did. Planning to send more repairs to this shop. Felt very comfortable talking to them and looking how well their shop bays looked.

I have a 1985 Ford that had the heater core go out. They had no problem taking the car in for the needed repairs. They made sure all the hoses were replaced also. Very friendly and accommodating to my needing a ride home.

Top shelf service and workmanship. The ability to diagnose and repair is also top shelf. My go to shop👍

Huge shout out! Thank you M.R. Auto for fixing our Truck under budget and sooner than expected! This was the best auto repair experience I’ve ever encountered! Straight forward, fix what’s wrong and move on. Northwest Auto Specialists wanted me to drop $12,000 on a new engine (our engine is already brand new) and they cited oil present behind the filter as a “major oil leak” that has never even dripped on the ground and the lifter ticking. $1000 later at MR Auto and we are good as new!
