Reuben and his team of professionals bailed me out of a tight spot! On Sunday, I left Lake Stevens in my oddball weekend cruiser, a Mercedes SL55 AMG. My destination was Vancouver, Wa. I got a flat tire about half way there. The flattened tire was not repairable. I needed at least one new tire and I knew it was going to be a challenge to find a tire or tires for this rig. I contacted Reuben asking if he could locate a set of 285/30 ZR19’s. He said he would get on it asap. I put on the spare and limped to Vancouver. Monday morning Reuben sent me a text that he found a set of tires. I limped back up to NW Auto. I was back on the road without my flashers on at 3pm! Thank you to Reuben and his team!!

While on a Sunday drive from Lake Stevens to Longview I got a flat tire. I put the spare on so I could limp my car into Longview. I also sent a text to Reuben asking if he could find two new tires for my oddball sports car. He replied right away (on a Sunday) saying he would get right on it and to bring the car in first thing Monday. I am not sure how many strings he had to pull, but when I arrived on Monday, the new tires (oddball size and typically hard to find) were there. Less than a hour later I was back in the road! Reuben and his team of professionals at Northwest are the best!

I paid for a heater core replacement, clean and flush and more. Got my car back drove it home temperature spiking out half a gallon low on coolant, doesn’t look like they flushed or cleaned it. Now back to the shop to see why they couldn’t do their work properly. If I paid to clean and flush my system to get the gunk out the old heater core left in and they didn’t do a very good job. This is why I don’t like using shops they don’t seem to care about the quality of work they do. Ridiculous and when I called his response was well leaks happen. The heater core was the last thing to be replaced- new water pump, radiator and thermostat were put in new about 6 month ls ago and wasn’t leaking before this. Someone didn’t do their job right and now I have to waste more time and gas to bring my car back not happy at all. I used to think highly of this place in the late 90’s that’s why I went back and clearly not the same opinion anymore.
