I recently purchased a set of Michelin tires from NW Auto Specialist.

Great shop. Good assessment of problems and repairs are effective. Easy to work with them for Maintenance.

They were amazing! Fixed my clutch and a/c promptly and were very kind. Reassured me I could come back to have everything checked if anything went wrong and didn't push for extra unnecessary stuff to be done. Will definitely come back if needed in the future, 10/10 recommend

Took one of our vehicles in to have the brakes looked at. The brakes worked without issue going forward but in reverse would squeal every time quite loudly. Northwest was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost.

We consider our selves lucky that we found North West Auto Specialist. We were ready to go camping in our RV. We found out from Les Schwab Tires that the tie rods were shot but they were not able to do our RV. We had to find a auto shop with enough height/weight capacity to handle our vehicle. Called a few places and either they didn't do RV's or couldn't handle the 9,500 lb. or the 8'8 height. We called NWAS, Sam answered the phone and after asking some questions he told us to bring it in before 5PM. Next day by 11 AM received a call from Sam with all the answers of what had to be done and some extra safety issues that we should do to make the camper more safe for the road. Very honest, responsible and price was reasonable. Van was Ready in a few days. We were able to go camping. Sam texted my husband to check that every was OK and if we had any questions that was very refreshing, we have never had received a text or a call from any auto repair shop work.
