I called the day before and was able to secure maintenance for the following day. Everyone I spoke with whether on the phone or in person was incredibly friendly and professional. No crazy upselling and gave good insight into expected maintenance of the next year or so. Thank you for the great service!

NW Auto exceeded my expectations and it’s so refreshing to receive customer service at the highest level especially when I’m generally clueless when it comes to cars.

Timing belt broke om my son's jetta, the fine folks at northwest got it up and working again inb2 weeks. Runs great again.

Northwest Auto squeezed me in last minute to fix my rear brakes, which were almost destroyed and hadn’t been caught during a recent inspection/tire rotation/alignment appointment at my previous repair place. They were able to get the parts and repair everything the same day even though they were very busy. I’ll be going here in the future for my vehicle service.

They replaced a rear wheel bearing and were able to get the car repaired in a timely manner.
